Oil Water Separators for the Military
In military applications, the most common sources of wastewater requiring treatment for oil or grease separation are associated with vehicle maintenance activities. Within a motor pool or aircraft hangar, there are numerous areas associated with maintenance or vehicle wash stations that produce wastewater that will require treatment. Typical areas include, but are not limited to: wash racks; maintenance bays; fueling areas; and, POL storage areas.
Mercer has also worked in naval applications where our separators were used for bilge and ballast water treatment. We have supplied separators for both ships and submarines.
