The Mercer International Compliance Master™ oil/water/solids separator design is well known in the electric utility industry for high-performance and its versatile design features. We offer a full line of innovative rectangular and cylindrical units from 10 to 7,500 gpm as well as existing system retrofits and API & concrete separator up-grades.
Mercer's Compliance Master™ separator features the Multi-Pack™ coalescer that allows field adjustment to obtain the highest possible efficiency with the lowest practical maintenance frequency for building & equipment drain sumps, stormwater, transformer areas & fuel farm dikes & spill control (SPCC) areas, process cooling flows/heat exchangers, cleaning & blow down, condensate, groundwater remediation and various wastewater applications.
Mercer has worked successfully in removing hydrocarbons, including: #2, #4, #6, kerosene, RFO turbine/lubricating/hydraulic oils & grease, gasoline, mineral & transformer oil. These separators are designed to handle even the heaviest suspended solids loading.
A small sampling of the companies Mercer has worked with over the years includes Con Edison, PSEG, Allegheny Energy, FPL, Calpine, Duke Energy, PPL, KeySpan, PECO, OUC, AES, Bahamas Electricity, Orion Power, Conectiv, NRG, Reliant Energy, Entergy, Sithe, Westinghouse, Southern Service, Siemens, GE, among others with hundreds of installations in above and below ground units and existing system retrofits around the world.
The following design features make the Compliance Master the electric utilities' choice:
Mercer has completed independent testing at various electric power stations and substations showing that our standard line of separators regularly produces effluent with 5 ppm or less with oil loadings of over 10,000 ppm.
